Raipur, August 30:

A 22-year-old youth in Chhattisgarh has been arrested after the 12-year-old girl he had allegedly been raping for two years delivered a baby and revealed all, police said.

The incident took place in tribal dominated Kanker district, 185 km from here. The girl, who studies in Class 6, delivered a healthy female child. The delivery too was normal.

After delivery she revealed that she had had a physical relationship with Baldev of Pusbara village for the past two years. Baldev was arrested yesterday but has denied the allegations.
