The leader of a Pakistani delegation, here for talks with Indian officials on nuclear confidence-building measures (CBMs), said today he was carrying "positive suggestions" for "result-oriented talks." "We are coming with a positive spirit and positive suggestions," said Tariq Usman Haider, leader of the team that will hold talks with Indian officials tomorrow and on Sunday.
