Thai unrest claims three

Bangkok, May 3:
A village headman was among three killed in Thailand’s south, police said.
Magoree Salae, 38, village headman for Koh Chan in Pattani province, was shot dead by two assailants today.
In another attack, 59-year-old villager Manoring Ahma was shot dead as he returned from his orchard with his wife. Meanwhile, police said they found a body floating in a forest in Yaring district who was reported missing.
