Delivery of all essential goods including food, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment through e-commerce will be allowed.

In the wake of rising coronavirus cases in the Indian capital, New Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced lockdown that will come into effect from 10:00 pm, tonight.
New Delhi will go into lockdown on Monday night till 5:00 am on April 26.
According to the data released by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Delhi recorded the biggest jump in its daily Covid tally with more than 25,000 fresh cases.
Last week, Delhi had imposed a weekend curfew leaving only essential services operational to tackle rise in Covid-19 cases. Delhi has seen a sharp rise in Covid cases over the past month.
According to an order issued by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), those engaged in running essential services will be exempted including government officials, police, health workers, pregnant women, people travelling to and from airports, railway stations, media persons, among others with a valid ID proof.
In view of the worrying surge in Covid-19 cases in the capital, 50 persons will be allowed at marriages whereas only 20 persons will be allowed at funerals with relevant curfew passes issued by the Delhi government.
