Tourism entrepreneur Ambica Shrestha was felicitated today with ‘Lifetime Achievement in Business Leadership’ award on the occasion of sixth NewBiz Conclave - 2019. Shrestha, 87, is chairperson of Dwarika’s Hotel.

Likewise, Buddha Air received ‘Best Management Company’ award during the event. The Everest Bank grabbed the ‘Best Managed Commercial Bank’ award. Under the same title, Standard Chartered Bank Nepal was the first runner-up, while NIC Asia Bank received the second runner-up award.

Gandaki Development Bank Ltd received ‘Best Managed Development Bank’ award. Garima Development Bank was the first runner-up, and Muktinath Development Bank was the second runner-up in the category.

‘Best Managed Finance Company’ award was grabbed by Shree Investment and Finance Company Ltd, while Chhimek Microfinance Financial Institution received ‘Best Managed Microfinance Company’ award.

Nepal Life Insurance Company Ltd secured the title of ‘Best Managed Life Insurance Company’ whereas Eco Cell Industries was named the ‘Best Start-Up Company’.
