Gurans holds AGM

KATHMANDU: Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha organised its fourth annual general meeting on Saturday.

The general meeting passed the proposal to provide 8.01 per cent dividend to its shareholders.

Similarly, the assembly also appointed Om Prakash Prasai and Priyanka Katwal as the company’s board members from among public shareholders.

The firm, through its 26 branches across the country, has floated over Rs 700 million credit in the market.
