KATHMANDU: The Parliament on Friday resumed deliberations on the impeachment motion filed against the chief of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, Lok Man Singh Karki.

Though the meeting was scheduled for Thursday, it was postponed for today considering the celebration of Phalgunanda Jayanti yesterday.

The Parliament on October 25 had begun discussions on the motion filed by as many as 157 lawmakers of the main opposition CPN-UML and the ruling CPN Moaist Centre on October 19.
