NEB to reschedule Grade XI, XII exams

Kathmandu, February 23

The National Examination Board is preparing to reschedule examinations of Grade XI and XII.

It said the exams were being rescheduled as the Election Commission has already published schedules for local level election and instructed schools to remain shut from May 8 to 14.  The local level election is taking place on May 14.

The EC had issued such instruction with a view to using schools as polling stations. National Examination Board said examinations of Grade XI and XII would be rescheduled as schools would remain shut for the election.  Member Secretary at National Examination Board, Dilli Rimal, said examinations of Grade XI was scheduled for May 7 to 17 earlier.
