KATHMANDU: President Ram Baran Yadav has arrived at the Constituent Assembly building in New Baneshwor to announce commencement of the Nepal's Constitution 2072.

He will announce commencement of the Constitution at the special function organised at the CA building.

CA Chairman Subas Chandra Nembang, Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, CA Vice-Chairman Onsari Gharti and top leaders of major parties welcomed the President.
