KATHMANDU: Property worth Rs 190,000 was stolen from an unattended house in Old Guheshwori, Tarakeshwor Municipality-9 of Kathmandu on Wednesday.

Milan Giri, the house owner, reported that cash worth Rs 585,000 along with gold jewelleries were stolen.

Police said that the unidentified thieves had broken into the house through the front door.

Investigations into the case and search for the absconding suspects are underway, they added.
