CHITWAN: Vehicular movement along the Narayangadh-Mugling road section has been obstructed again due to a landslide on Tuesday.

Police said that the traffic movement was obstructed after the landslide covered the road at Panch Kilo of Chandibhanjyang VDC.

According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, although the transport service obstructed from 2:00 am was brought into operation from 4:30 am after removing the landslide debris, it was obstructed again from 6:40 am following the landslide.

Police said that the landslide buried a bus (Na 5 Kha 3862) heading towards Kathmandu from Janakpur.  It was taken out safely later.

It has been learned that police personnel along with a bulldozer have been mobilised to remove the landslide debris.
