JHAPA: A minor boy’s body was found in a septic tank at Jhapa’s Kankai Municipality on Monday.

The deceased has been identified as Madan Sitaula’s fivettt-year-old son Suman. According to police, Suman went missing from his maternal uncle Bishnu Prasad Bimali’s house in Kankai-5 since Sunday.

The body was found in the septic tank belonging to Bimali’s neighbour Gopal Basnet.

An investigation into the incident is under way, police said.
