KATHMANDU: The preparations for the National Assembly election scheduled for February 7 has reached its final phase.

“The necessary preparations required from the central level have almost reached its final stage,” Election Commissioner Ishwari Prasad Paudyal was quoted in the Rastriya Samachar Samiti as saying.

The regulations and guidelines required to hold the election have already been prepared.

Meanwhile, the Commission would be providing various trainings including the vote counting method to the technical human resources to be deputed in all seven provinces for the poll.
