Seaman’s passport
KATHMANDU: Secretary of Minister of Foreign Affairs Shankar Das Bairagi said the government is planning to come up with seaman’s passport.
Talking in the parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee Secretary Bairagi explained that it was essential for those Nepali working in Ships. “The ship can stop anywhere in any country in the word. So, they don’t have visa of that country,” he said, adding, this seaman’s passport will help those people who work in the sea.
