Yadav says no to talks

Birgunj, May 9

Federal Socialist Forum Nepal Chairperson Upendra Yadav today said that they would not sit for talks with the government.

Addressing a function organised at Udaypurghurmi of Parsa today, Yadav argued that they would not sit for any dialogue with the government as they had already held talks more than three dozen times in the past, but the talks had all been in vain.

“The government is not ready to address the concerns of Madhesi, Dalits, national indigenous communities and the marginalised communities.

Hence, there is no point in sitting for dialogue again. So, everything will be finalised through street protests,” he argued.

“As the government is busy protecting the corrupt and black-marketeers, it has lost the trust of people at home and also abroad,” he argued.
