The main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) has called its parliamentary party meeting for Friday to discuss contemporary political issues.

The meeting will take place at 1:00 pm at the federal parliament building in New Baneshwar.

According to party whip, Pushpa Bhusal, the meeting will talk about how to be present in the House of Representatives (HoR) session summoned by the President for March 7 following Supreme Court's verdict of HoR reinstatement, which repealed the government's December 20 decision to dissolve it.

The HoR meeting has been summoned for 4:00 pm on March 7.
