The Parliamentary Party meeting of Dahal-Nepal faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) commenced at the Parliamentary Party Office in Singhadurbar, today.

Co-chairpersons of the party Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Nepal called the meeting at 1:00pm on Friday.

Today's parliiamentary party gathering was acheduled after the President summoned a meeting of the reinstated House of Representatives on March 7. At present, the two factions of the ruling party have been engaging in a series of counter-actions in terms of expelling members from the rival faction.

It is yet to be seen as to how the Dahal-Nepal faction will further proceed with the no-confidence motion against PM KP Sharma Oli registered at the Federal Parliament secretariat prior to the House dissolution.
