ANTA to work to protect interests of Madhesi people in North America

The new leadership of the Association of Nepali Teraian in America (ANTA) elected recently for a tenure of two years, will work to protect the interests of Madhesi people living in North America.
Newly elected ANTA Senior Vice President Dinesh Kumar Mandal said that ANTA will work towards community build up, cultural promotion, and community service among the Madhesi people living across several states in North America.
ANTA, a non-profit social organisation based in the United States of America, recently concluded its 6th General Convention in Ohio, USA.
ANTA's convention elected Dr Mridula Gupta as the Chair of the Group. All ANTA intellectual property was transferred from the outgoing committee to the new committee. The newly elected ANTA Board members are:
Tauleshwar Chaudhary was elected General Secretary and Santosh Sah as the Treasurer of the group.
More than 100 friends and family of ANTA attended the event, and over $8000 was raised during the event.
