The price of gold in the domestic market saw a significant decline today, dropping by Rs 2,800 per tola.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold was rated at Rs 168,200 per tola, down from Rs 171,000 per tola on October 31.
Silver prices also fell, with silver now trading at Rs 2,030 per tola, a decrease from the previous rate of Rs 2,090 per tola.
This is a significant drop in both gold and silver prices following a long holidays of Tihar festival.
