Introducing Nepal through photos

Photojournalist Bharat Bandhu Thapa loves showing different parts of Nepal through images and movie clips he captures when visiting those places. As of now he has travelled to 75 districts of the country and captured photos and videos that have been published in various print and online media.
His recent works can be seen in a book titled Tasbir Ma Nepal - a collection of images that display stunning scenes from various parts of Nepal.
According to Thapa, the book, released recently, has more than 500 images that he captured visiting every nook and corners of the nation. He travelled from Chiyabari of Ilam to the suspension bridge of Kanchanpur book and showcases the art, culture and society of those places in the book.
Thapa's first book Wild West Nepal meanwhile was published in 2013 - it is a depiction of life, culture, and nature of the people of the far west and midwest regions of Nepal, as per Thapa.
In 2019, he released Karnali while 2021 book Explore Far West, has photographs showcasing the main places of attractions for tourists in the far western region.
Another book Madhyapur published in 2021 illustrates the rich cultural, religious, historical, and natural resources of Madhyapur Thimi in Bhaktapur.
Thapa said that he captured Nepal while also having the opportunity to witness the country's varied cultures, civilisation, and peoples' daily lives.
