KATHMANDU, AUGUST 25

One person was injured today in an attack by a leopard at Thapatole of Machchhegaun of Chandragiri municipality-9 in Kathmandu.

The injured has been identified as local Kuni Prasad Tamang, District Police Range Kathmandu's spokesperson Kumodh Dhungel said. According to Dhungel, the wild animal entered the poultry farm owned by Tamang and attacked him.

Meanwhile, the inured is receiving treatment at a nearby hospital in Chandragiri, western outskirts of Kathmandu, and police is investigating into the case.
