Gold price hits record high in domestic market

The price of gold reached a new all-time high in the domestic market on Sunday, increasing by Rs 1,000 per tola.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold surged to Rs 153,400 per tola, up from Rs 152,400 per tola on Tuesday. This marks a new record after a previous high of Rs 153,300 per tola on September 6.
Silver also followed the upward trend, rising by Rs 15 per tola to reach Rs 1,780, up from Rs 1,765 per tola on Tuesday.
