Pokhara, June 6:
The roof of the International Mountain Muesum at Pokhara has started leaking. The building was constructed at the cost of Rs 100 million and was inaugurated by the then Prime Minister Surya Bahadur Thapa only 16 months ago. This leakage has posed a great danger to the photographs, paintings and other materials showcased in the museum. On Saturday, the participants of a seminar had to walk out of the seminar hall in the museum because of leakage from the roof. Consular at the French Embassy, Stephen Meikan was among the ones who had walked away from a function organised there to mark the 55th Annapurna Day.
