KATHMANDU: Speaker Subas Chandra Nembang on Sunday ruled that the House maintain restraint when lawmakers deliver their views in Parliament. He said lawmakers and leaders should not be named and while making accusations against them arbitrarily. Lawmaker of Tharuhat Tarai Party Ganga Chaudhary Satgauwa had accused former prime minister and senior NC leader Sher Bahadur Deuba and UML Vice-chair Bhim Rawal of being responsible for the tension in Kailali and Kanchanpur. Following Satgauwa’s deliberation, speaker Nembang directed the secretariat to cut the names from the record of her speech.
