KATHMANDU: Police on Wednesday arrested a person for allegedly cheating consumers by tampering with fuel meter. Bhimsen KC, manager of Pravin Petrol Pump in Gatthaghar, Madhyapur Thimi-15 of Bhaktapur, was arrested by a joint team of Metropolitan Police Crime Division and Metropolitan Police Circle, Thimi after the law enforcement officials found him to have installed a device to dispense less fuel than the amount read by the meter.
