PALPA: Minister for Industry Som Prasad Pandey has stressed the need of devising collective efforts for the development of the district by keeping politics at bay. He said an alternative to the road nearby Siddababa should be explored for advancing tourism in naturally rich Palpa district. Inaugurating the 24th council of the Palpa District Development Committee, Minister Pandey underscored the need of managing Shreenagar Danda to draw the attention of tourists. The focus after the promulgation of the new constitution should be economic revolution and development works, he noted.
