Kathmandu, April 8 Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has appointed Bharat Bahadur Bishural, a professional wrestler, as ‘Honorary Tourism Goodwill Ambassador’. Dubbed the ‘Himalayan Tiger’, Bishural has been appointed goodwill ambassador in recognition of his valuable contribution rendered towards promotion of tourism industry of the country. The NTB appointment letter issued today says sharing of appreciation and positive messages about Nepal’s natural and cultural treasures at national and international forums through him is expected to help position Nepal as a premier destination. Affiliated to Himalayan Tiger Professional Wrestling Association, Bishural will serve as the goodwill ambassador for the next two years — that is, until April 7, 2018.
