KATHMANDU: Nepal Telecom (NT) has offered discounts for mobile service users on the occasion of Nepali New Year. Issuing a press statement on Monday, NT has said that the company has cut the tariff rate by 50 per cent in text messages for GSM and CDMA within NT network for two days starting from Tuesday. Similarly, NT has also offered 100MB data package for GSM — postpaid and prepaid —service users at Rs 50 from Tuesday to Thursday. Service users should use the data package within a week, according to NT.
