DAMAULI: Chief of Army Staff Rajendra Chhetri and secretary at the Ministry of Labour Bishnu Prasad Lamsal were felicitated during the eighth Khairenitar festival in Damauli on Thursday. Both Chhetri and Lamsal were born in the district. Festival coordinator Arjun Kumar Shrestha said they were felicitated as had reached the top posts of the country.
