TAPLEJUNG: A flood in Tamor River has swept away an under-construction motorable bridge at Dobhan in Taplejung district in the wee hours of Friday. According to the Area Police Office, Dovan, the flood swept away the bridge at around 2:00 am today. Chief District Officer, Chakrapani Pandey, said that property worth around Rs 100 million was damaged after the flood swept away the bridge. Although the agreement regarding the construction of the bridge was signed six years ago, it was started only one year ago.
