KATHMANDU: Samakhusi Futsal Club advanced to the semi-finals of the second Nepal Cup Veteran Football Tournament here at the Buddhi Bikash Mandal grounds on Tuesday. Samakhusi defeated Manang Marshyangdi Club 1-0 to make it to the last four. Tashi Chhiring scored the solitary goal of the match for Samakhusi in the 70th minute. MMC’s Harihar Thapa was named the man-of-the-match. Samakhusi will now face Boys Sports Club on Thursday. The first semi-final on Wednesday pits Shining Sun Football Academy and Tribhuvan Army Club.
