KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Saturday tabled a copy of the government's policy and programmes at the Legislature-Parliament, which had been unveiled by President Bidya Devi Bhandari in the House on  May 25. During the House meeting, CPN Maoist Centre Chief Whip Tek Bahadur Basnet tabled a proposal to extend the vote of thanks to the President for her address to the House while NC Chief Whip Chinkaji Shrestha seconded the motion. Following this, Speaker Onsari Gharti fixed the date for May 27 and 28 for the discussion on the government policies and programmes. Earlier, Speaker Gharti informed the House about a letter received from the Office of the President on Prime Minister Dahal's resignation.
