RAJBIRAJ: The Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital has been reeling under shortage of anti-rabies vaccines these days. As a consequence, the patients from the nearby region have been forced to return home without treatment. According to the hospital sources, medical service in the hospital is being affected for a week as the Department of Drug Management failed to supply vaccines as per demand. As many as five to six persons, who came to the hospital daily for the vaccine, returned without treatment, complained Shyam Rajak, a local. “But the concerned authority is found reluctant in this regard,” he added.
