BIRATNAGAR: Deputy Prime Minister and Nepali Congress leader Bijay Kumar Gachhadar has said an electoral alliance would be forged among the NC, Federal Socialist Forum (FSF) and Rastriya Janata Party, Nepal (RJPN) in the Province no. 2. Talking to journalists at Biratnagar Airport today, he said three parties were discussing on the matter of forming the electoral alliance to 'ensure' victory of democratic candidates in both elections House of Representatives and State Assemblies and the agreement was expected soon.
