KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Prakash Man Singh, candidate of Kathmandu Constituency no. 1, is leading the poll with 266 votes to his counterpart, Rabindra Mishra of Bibeksheel Sajha Party. Singh has received 1707 votes so far, whereas, Mishra is following with 1096 votes. Meanwhile, NC candidate Gagan Kumar Thapa is trailing behind UML candidate for Kathmandu-4 by 109 votes. Thapa has received 1403 votes against Bhattarai's 1512 In other updates, former Prime Minister and UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal is maintaining lead in Kathmandu Constituency-2.
