National Assembly Vice Chair becomes guardian of two children

RATNANAGAR, CHITWAN: National Assembly Vice Chairperson, Shashikala Dahal, has established guardianship over two children from Ratnagar of Chitwan.

Dahal became the guardian of a girl belonging to Chepang community and a boy of Dalit community. After becoming the guardian, Dahal got seven-year-old Maya Chepang from Kaule area of Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-1 admitted to grade one amidst a programme organised by the Gambenshi Chepang Conservation Centre on Sunday. Likewise, Dahal also got Arun Ramtel admitted to grade one of Janajagriti Secondary School in Ratnangar. On the occasion, Dahal expressed her happiness on becoming the guardian of the kids.
