DHADING: As many as six persons were injured in a truck-microbus collision in Galchhi Rural Municipality-6 of Dhading district, along the Prithvi Highway, on Thursday morning. According to police, the incident occurred when the microbus (Ga 1 Kha 2966) en route from Kathmandu to Pokhara collided head-on with the truck (Na 5 Kha 7386) en route from Bharatpur to Kathmandu in Baireni Bazaar at 9:30 am today, injuring six persons including the bus driver. The injured are undergoing treatment at Baireni Health Post. Meanwhile, Baireni-based Police Post has impounded the truck and detained its driver for further investigation, said police.
