DHANKUTA: Senior leader of the Nepali Congress Ram Chandra Poudel has blamed the government for not being able to take diplomatic steps to resolve the border issues at a time when both Nepal and India have stable governments. In a press conference organised by Nepal Press Union, Dhankuta, Poudel said that the government has been confusing the state by not speaking clearly about the border issues while demeaning the opposition party. Not only has the government failed to give people good governance and justice but it has also ruled in a biased way on the basis of preferences, even after the formation of the government, said Poudel. He also said with dissatisfaction that the government will lose its way to prosperity if it does not act more responsibly. During the conference, Poudel implied that the Congress party has to win over the hearts of the public by erasing the weaknesses it has and start a campaign for making it possible.
