SBI bank has ATM in Indian embassy

Kathmandu, February 15:
Nepal SBI Bank Ltd, has installed its sixth ATM inside the Indian Embassy premises, Lainchor. Sudhir Kumar Joshi, Chancery Head at the Indian Embassy, inaugurated the ATM today. The bank already has its ATMs at Durbar Marg and New Road in Kathmandu, Chipledhunga in Pokhara, Surkhet Road in Nepalgunj, and Sunauli border in Bhairahawa, states a press release.
It is in near future planning to install ATMs at Pension camp in Pokhara, Dharan and many more places. The ATMs are connected with more than 8,000 ATMs in India. “Apart from this, SBI’s debit card can be used in 2,64,000 shopping points in India,” claims the bank.
