KATHMANDU: Yet another writ petition was filed in the Supreme Court (SC) on Friday against Vice-President Parmananda Jha accusing him of defaming the SC's honour by defying its order. The petition called for the Vice President to be penalised in a strict manner for speaking against the honour and public faith of the SC. VP Jha would be imprisoned for one year or fined Rs. 10,000 or both if convicted.
