KATHMANDU: Constitutional expert and former justice of the Supreme Court Laxman Aryal, 75, passed away at the TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj on Wednesday morning. Doctors attending on Aryal said that he died of kidney failure. Aryal was a member of the team assigned for drafting the Interim Constitution.
