Sanima to upgrade KATHMANDU: The fifth annual general meeting of Sanima Bikash Bank held in Kathmandu on Thursday decided to upgrade the bank to development status. The bank has announced five per cent cash dividend and 1:1.5 right shares to investors. It is promoted by non-resident Nepalis and has extended its service to Inaruwa of eastern Nepal from Friday. It has nine branches and four ATM counters in the country.
