AAN hosts 19th AGM

KATHMANDU: The Advertising Association of Nepal (AAN) organised its 19th annual general meeting (AGM) in Kathmandu.

The chief guest on the occasion was Mahendra Man Gurung, secretary at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, who lauded the works done by AAN and also assured the gathering that the ministry would take the association’s suggestions and feedback when framing policies related to the advertisement industry.

The executive committee of AAN comprises of 17 members who are well established names in the country’s advertisement sector. The association has allocated a budget worth around Rs 15 million for various purposes for the current fiscal year.

It has also said that it will give continuity to the Crity Awards like in the previous years.
