Agni service station
KATHMANDU: Agni Energy, a subsidiary of Agni Group and the authorised distributors of electric vehicles and generators, has inaugurated its new service station for electric vehicles at Kupondole, Lalitpur in an effort to provide their customers the best after-sales service and an international brand experience.
The service station started carrying out its services from April 10, as per a press statement.
The service station was inaugurated by Kunda Dixit, founding editor and publisher of Nepali Times, who also happens to be the first customer to buy Mahindra e2o in Nepal. This service station will also act as a PDI — a Pre-Delivery Inspection — unit for Mahindra e2o and Mahindra eSupro.
PDIs are done to ensure that customers receive the car in the best condition without damages or errors. This step was taken to make sure that all customers of Agni Energy get the best product and the best after-sales service.
The service station will also house Kevin invertors, Konstant battery and Mahindra Powerol Generator’s spares and service as well.
