Aloft Kathmandu Thamel recently hosted The Feast of Persia, a three-day culinary festival from March 20 to 22, offering a rich and authentic Persian dining experience.

Renowned Persian chef Mona Poordaryaeinezhad curated an exclusive menu featuring traditional Persian dishes such as slow-cooked stews, succulent kebabs, saffron-infused rice, and decadent sweets. The event took place at two venues-Nook, offering a lavish buffet with a welcome drink, and Nylgiri, where guests enjoyed an exclusive Persian menu paired with live entertainment.

Chef Mona, with over 20 years of experience in prestigious hotels across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and India, showcased her mastery of Persian flavors for the first time in Kathmandu. She has previously led acclaimed food festivals at luxury hotels like ITC Maurya, Leela Palace, and JW Marriott Kolkata.

The festival was more than just a dining experience-it was a celebration of Persian culinary heritage, blending exquisite flavors with warm hospitality. Guests indulged in a gastronomic journey, experiencing the artistry and tradition of one of the world's oldest cuisines, Aloft Kathmandu said in the press release.
