KATHMANDU: Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket and Departmental Store (BBSM) is opening its new outlet in Bharatpur on Saturday. This will be BBSM’s third outlet outside Kathmandu Valley, as per a media release issued on Thursday. The company is also planning to transform into a public company and issue initial public offering (IPO) in the future. The BBSM outlet in Bharatpur was built at a total cost of Rs 750 million and will employ around 200 people. The company is offering 10 per cent discount on readymade garments and other products and five per cent off on branded liquor at the new outlet.
