BCCI receives quality

Kathmandu, October 14:

Butwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) that is one of the active and founding members of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has bagged the International Quality Management System certification, states a press release issued here by the FNCCI.

The Chamber received the certificate for refining and improving all its activities since the last one year in course of strengthening its secretariat.

FNCCI has provided assistance in making the Nepali products and services competitive in the national and international market in the context of globalisation like the South Asian Free Trade Arrangement (SAFTA) and the Bay of Bengal Initiatives for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC).

Butwal Chambers of Commerce and Industry has been successful in getting the International QMS certificate through the FNCCI’s efforts towards helping its different affiliate member organisations get the International QMS certificate by promoting institutional development and consolidation of the FNCCI secretariat and also by streamlining the services and facilities provided to the members.
