KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 16
Gunakar Bhatta has been appointed the spokesperson for Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
He is also the executive director of the Bank Supervision Department at the central bank.
Bhatta replaces Dev Kumar Dhakal and holds a PhD degree in economics.
He had served as NRB spokesperson in the past, too.
