IAEAN established
KATHMANDU: Businessmen, involved in air cargo express business providing door-to-door service to their clients since long, have formed ‘International Air Express Association of Nepal (IAEAN) here recently. The association, registered at District Administration Office, intends to boost air express business to overseas markets, states a press release. Sita Ram Pant has been appointed president while Mahendra Man Shrestha, Mukunda Mall and Ram Chandra are the vice-president, general secretary and treasurer respectively. — HNS
Transport pact axed
KASKI: Pokhara sub-metropolis has cancelled the transport tax contract with Bhim Kumari Subedi with effective from first week of Shrawan. The decision was taken after the board meeting of the sub-metropolis on Saturday raised questions after a growing public complaints.

US economy looks up
