Fokker Flight Festival

KATHMANDU: Seven winners of Fokker Flight Festival were awarded Cosmic Yingang Motorcycles by M B Mathema, managing director on Tuesday. The Fokker Flight Festival is open on all Cosmic Air Fokker operated domestic flights between Kathmandu and Nepalgunj and Bhairahawa and Biratnagar. Wheat production rises

KALAIYA: Bara district is expected to produce about 104,400 metric tonnes of wheat, a 20 per cent rise this year. Wheat was planted on 29,000 hectors of land in Bara district this year. Timely rainfall has attributed to the increment in the production. Last year about 85,500 metric tonnes of wheat was produced on 28,500 hectors of land. — RSS
